The GLS-2200 scanners consist of three comparable yet distinct models: the GLS-2200S (short-range), GLS-2200M (medium-range), and GLS-2200L (long-range). Each model is a full-featured scanner that can be effectively deployed to capture existing, as-built conditions based on the measurement range requirements of the application. The innovative capabilities of the GLS-2200 combined with its rugged field design, provide users with a purposeful solution that will stand up to the most extreme work environments

The GLS-2200 offers quick, simple, and effective ways of capturing 3D point cloud data at high speed without sacrificing the accuracy desired by today’s demanding professionals. With one-button to start scanning, on-board enabled occupation, backsight orientation features, along with MAGNET® Collage software – the GLS-2200 portfolio provides a solution suited to any industry professional wanting the most value from their scanning investment.

• Topcon recommends a calibration service be performed on an annual basis. At time of service, a cleaning and system check of the unit will be conducted. A certificate of calibration will be provided upon completion of service.
• Maintenance does not extend hardware warranty. Warranty coverage is 12 months starting from the date that the scanner is sold to the original purchaser by Topcon’s Authorized Dealer.
• Service is typically scheduled/ performed after the first year of ownership and recommended annually each year thereafter.
• No shipping fees are covered as part of this service; all shipping fees are the responsibility of the scanner owner.
• If warranty servicing is required, it will be performed with no warranty fees being charged to the purchaser. Warranty coverage is 12 months from the date of original purchase. If the unit is not covered by warranty, and additional parts or service costs are determined necessary as part of the calibration, an estimate will be provided to the customer for this non-warranty service.
• No loaner equipment is provided for as part of this maintenance.
• Updates and/ or minor upgrades to scanner firmware will be provided by electronic delivery or web posting.
